    Yes, all Lakerain products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. We exclude over 1,500 potentially harmful ingredients from our formulations, including common irritants like sulfates, parabens, and synthetic fragrances.

    Our Clean Formulas focus on gentle, effective ingredients that work with your skin rather than against it. However, as with any skincare product, we recommend doing a patch test first, especially if you have known sensitivities.

    Each product has a Period After Opening (PAO) symbol indicating how long it remains effective after first use.

  • Can I use Lakerain products during pregnancy?

    While our products are formulated to be gentle and free from harmful ingredients, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using any skincare products during pregnancy or while nursing.

    Generally, our gentle cleansers and moisturizers are safe, but products containing retinoids, high concentrations of salicylic acid, or certain essential oils may not be recommended during pregnancy.

  • Are your products FDA certified?

    Yes, all Lakerain products have FDA certification to ensure safety and compliance with regulatory standards. This certification is part of our commitment to providing high-quality, safe skincare products.

    For security reasons, we do not display our FDA certificates publicly on our website. However, if you need to verify our FDA certification for personal assurance, please email us at Lakerain@lakeraincn.com with your request, and we'll be happy to provide the certification documentation directly to you.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout:

    • Standard Shipping(Free shipping): 7-15 business days
    • Express Shipping: 7-10 business days
  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

    Please note that any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Orders & Returns

  • What is your return policy?

    Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

    To initiate a return:

    1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone
    2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
    3. Ship the unused portion of the product with original packaging

    Please note that shipping costs for returns are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

    For the quickest response, please include your order number in all communications. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled, but you can return it according to our return policy.
